Embraer has opened applications for its 2025 Specialization Program in Software and Data Science (PES), a nine-month postgraduate course run in collaboration with the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) in Recife, Brazil. The program offers 30 spots—10 for Data Science specialists and 20 for Embedded Software specialists
Applicants must have graduated in Exact Sciences between 2019 and 2024, with advanced English skills being preferred. The course is conducted remotely and includes a monthly scholarship of R$5,000 ($910) and an initial aid of R$3,000 ($550).
The program is designed to address the growing demand for professionals in aerospace technology, with a 95% hiring rate for graduates at Embraer. Applications are open until November 10, 2024, with results announced in February 2025 and classes starting in March 2025.
